CARDIO-FUNK :

This program is for the young and young-at-heart. Get ready to experience a rigorous full-body workout comprising simple moves professionally choreographed to your favourite English, Hindi and Telugu tunes.


CARDIO-ENDURANCE :

Strengthening of the Cardiovascular system using continuous rhythmic moves.

BODI-CHALLENGE :

A comprehensive body sculpting class in which all major muscles are trained for strength and endurance.

COMBO-SCULPT/PUMP :

An easy, fun class combining Aerobics and Muscular strength, aimed at enhancing your functional capacity.

CARDIO-MUSCLE :

A combination of Hi-Low, Step and Sculpting results in a great Cardiovascular and Strength workout.

CROSS-TRAINING :

This program involves rotating different, yet complementary fitness activities to work a greater variety of muscles. Besides a great fat burning workout, you also strengthen and stretch your muscles.

NIFTY-FIFTY :

A comprehensive program designed to address the health and fitness concerns of people over the age of 50, or for people who prefer a low intensity activity. HOT SALSA :

If you love the rhythm of Latino music and the beauty of Latino dance, this is the program for you - a spicy combination of simple dance steps will have you burning fat and toning muscles, while moving from mambos to cha- cha-chas.

POWER YOGA :

The new fitness buzzword, Power Yoga is an east-meets-west routine - a fusion of yoga with Strength and Flexibility training to help the body perform better.

GROUP REHAB PROGRAMMES :

An affordable personal program in a group of no more than four members, which allows you to make a seamless transition between physical therapy and fitness.

EXPRESS WORKOUTS :

A circuit training program that provides a full Strength and Aerobic workout in just 30 minutes. Designed to help speed up your metabolism, burn fat, and aid in weight loss, this workout gives you great results without eating into your schedule.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING :

Makes fitness affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education and social support. Sessions are limited to no more than 4-5 people to ensure you get individualised instruction and supervision. Get friends together, pick training days and time, and we will assign you a qualified trainer.
