Aerobics Instructor Course
Aerobics has not lost its demand since its inception in India. Therefore an instructor course in Aerobics will always be profitable to you, both personally and professionally.
DINAZ’S Basic aerobics instructor course is an inter-disciplinary course involving the fields of exercise science, health and wellness & nutrition. Anyone who is 15 years or above in age and has passed 10th standard is eligible for this course.
The training is for 30 days and would be conducted 3-4 days a week. It would include 2 parts:
- Basic Aerobics and
- Step Aerobics
Each part would include both theory and practical training. In 6-7 weeks the training is completed after which a 15 day practice break is given. Following the break, an examination on both theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge will be conducted in a span of 2 days. Only on passing this course would the ACMS (American College of Sports Medicine) certification will be awarded.
The training sessions are exciting, the course very informative and the result is something you can call a well-paying Award.
